This Vendor Agreement is entered into between St. Louis Men’s Group Against Cancer Organization and the undersigned Vendor. Vendor agrees to participate in the event in accordance with the terms outlined below.
Event Details: April 29, 2026 4:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Merchandise & Booth Space Vendor agrees to provide merchandise for sale at the event within the category approved by the Organization. All merchandise must fit within the booth space purchased.
Booth Fees:
10 ft. Booth Space: $275
20 ft. Booth Space: $425
Donation Requirement
Each Vendor agrees to donate one (1) item with a minimum retail value of $50. Donated items will be used as attendee door prizes during the event.
Vendor Setup & Breakdown
Setup: Vendors may begin setup at 12:00 p.m. on April 29. Vendors may enter through the side entrance directly into the Ballroom or load in via the loading dock and elevator access to the Ballroom.
Breakdown: Vendor breakdown will begin at approximately 8:30 p.m. Vendors may not begin breakdown prior to this time unless approved by the Organization.
Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Full payment is due on or before March 1, 2026.
Cancellations received in writing on or before March 15, 2026 will receive a refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received after March 15, 2026 are non-refundable. Booth fees are non-transferable unless approved in writing by the Organization.
Sales Tax Responsibility
Vendor is solely responsible for the collection, reporting, and payment of any applicable sales tax related to merchandise sold at the event. The Organization assumes no responsibility for sales tax compliance.
Liability & Indemnification
The vendor assumes all responsibility for their merchandise, display, and personal property. The Organization, event venue, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and volunteers shall not be held liable for loss, theft, damage, or injury arising from Vendor participation in the event. Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organization and event Venue from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from Vendor’s participation, merchandise, or conduct.
