The St Louis Men's Group Against Cancer is the only organization that brings the entire cancer community together. We strive to be a valuable resource for any person who is, or knows someone who is dealing with this disease.

St. Louis Men’s Group Against Cancer 

 

Since 1969, STLMGAC has raised and distributed funds that stay right here in St. Louis and Missouri, supporting cancer research, patient care, and prevention programs through trusted local organizations. Every dollar raised helps families in our community find hope, comfort, and healing when they need it most.

Over the years, we have directed millions of dollars to more than 40 nonprofit organizations, with beneficiaries selected annually based on program impact. To maximize our effectiveness, funding is allocated to targeted projects within these institutions. Each organization undergoes a rigorous grant review process, with follow-up to ensure funds are used as intended—making a meaningful difference in the fight against cancer.

In 1984, STLMGAC became an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit, ensuring that funds raised each year directly support organizations serving the St. Louis community.
